As posted earlier, I've decided to start this season over agian, mainly because it was directionless- and I was not keeping up with practices. I am intending to b 110% committed to this challenge now! I have a purpose this time around and am sticking to this purpose.
So- for 100 days, I will be taking on the challenge of learning how to fully trust the universe and have unshakeable faith in the law as well as with source. Source and the universe love me, and are always there listening and wanting to give me the things I ask for at a moment's notice. I've *never* had the door close on me before, so now I strongly feel that it is time to increase my trust and faith in the universe, source, and in the own power that lays within myself. We are powerful co creators- it is time to believe it for real!
So season two - a season of faith and trust!
Im about to go and make my vision board of things that I am hoping to attract this season and have a nice pile of magazines waiting to be leafed through and organized.
SO This season- I powerfully intend, that I will trust the universe as well as source, and will allow them to guide me downstream. As I gain trust with them, I will begin to let go of all of my fears, and simply ask and allow things to be given. I powerfully intend to stay as high energy and always reach for what makes me feel awesome whenever it is possible. I powerfully intend to let go of obsesison goals (like with law and money worries) and will simply let things come to me upon asking. I powerfully intend, that by the end of 100 days- I will be able to fully let go of all of my fears.
This time around, I've carefully selected several practices that I'm powerfully intending to keep up with:
1. Meditation in the morning and at night for 10 minutes. Followed by visualization either via mp3 or vision board for 5 mintes at night.
2. EFT- Only certain and specific EFT videos that will boost my higher self and help this trust. Im thinking about the ones Im going to do in the morning and at night.
3. Healthier lifestyle- eating healthier, and am going to try to eliminate fast food and junk food as much as possible to feel better- because the goal is to alwas feel great.
4. Personal gratitude journaling, planning the day ahead, and affirmations.
