The 100 Day Reality Challenge

...as I said, a bit later than planned. But, never mind I'm here now. It's late and I'm soon off to bed so I shall begin my journey with the first intention. A New Year detox. I did it a couple of years ago and felt fantastic. It involves no caffinated tea or coffee - herbals instead and cutting out potatoes, bread, rice and pasta for two weeks. It also involves quitting smoking. I'm doing ok with that one, although am fully aware that one cigarette a day still makes me a smoker. I want to be a non smoker. See you tomorrow.
