Ok, so i have been signed up to a certain site for awhile now and have realy only just started reading emails from it.
This particular one I opened tonite has given advise regarding your body.
A couple of apparent scientifc hints on how to give yourself more energy and also water intake advise.
So to break it down to simple terms, if you chew your food atleast 30times per bite, this apparently frees up energy by minemising the time and energy needed to digest your food. So im gona try this one tomorrow.
Also, if you add a pinch of sea salt to a gallon of filtered drinking water and drink 1 glass per hour you rehydrate better and you also give your body electrolites, those things that Power Ade and other sports drinks say they do. So ya kinda kill two birds with 1 stone. You get your water intake AND you boast them lil electrolytes in your body too.
I will keep you updated as to how this lil experiment goes, i cant wait to try it actualy. Although i normaly chew my food alot anyways, ask anyone, i am always the last person on the table, lol, this is not from any reason apart from the fact that i just cant swallow my food unless it is a certain size, very very small, lol.
In regards to my smoking. I wore a patch yesterday and cut down to 15cigs from normaly daily 25. Today i have smoked my 15 but will be having more, and i forgot to put my patch on today. So in the morning i best make sure i put my patch where i can see it. Prob in my bag would be a good place, so that i atleast see it durring the day, oh hang on, maybe i wont see it, cause it so dang full of stuff.
We also got our first lot of bills in since we started to keep a proper record of our incoming and outgoing finances, so my daughter was happy she got to play with her bills and receipts folder hehehe. Shes gona make a great banker, if i can help her to keep motivated.
I have filled out my form for my credit report and will send it off tomorrow and should have that back in a week or two.
So i am getting stuck into all this. I have to get my computer off Linux and onto Windows because as much as i love a challenge, i do not like this system lol. Simplicity is golden.
