WEll, I have been very slack, lol
This post comes not so much out of happenings but out of the fact that I just realised that its almost been a month since i last posted.
I did the chewing thing and actualy realised that I chew my food more than 30times naturaly, but when im in a hurry i can sometimes chew less. This made me stomach a little funny. I have no doubt that it works so much harder when I dont chew my food as much cause i can feel it.
The water thing works, when i remember to do it. Ive started to use a couple of bottles, one for work, one for home and one for the car. I tell everyone else to leave my bottles alone only because I am not sure if the salt intake is a good thing or not, but i guess if its sea salt as opposed to the other kind this should be all good.
Plans for a business with my sister in law are starting to take some shape and information is coming more readly available now. Its seems that all we need realy is a specific focus and the sky will be the limit.
My course is due to run in September, I was meant to be finishing my job in June but my boss just voluntaaed me for some testing to be done at work, she said that increasing my skill makes me more flexible and at the moment the company is looking to see where it can cut back so it is all for multiskilling its current workers instead of hiring specific talents. This has got to be better than putting people off.
So the upskilling is a great idea, also, the more focused I become the more I can get done.
Lots of little things going on that realy have meant that I am putting myself in a bit of a rutt. This atleast I acknowledge and will move towards changing.
So thats it for now until i can get rid of this head cold and think more clearly.
I am so grateful for everything that is happening in my life and for all the blessings the universe is bringing to me in such amazing new ways.
