Everybody Dance Now!

so I'm working away.... have been since I got back from New York. Barely come up for air. but today I got an email from my friend matt (the dancing guy)... and he just posted his latest video.
The girls and I were supposed to go dance with him in Miami Beach, but he came when we were in Colorado.
Maybe it's because I've been glued to my computer for the last 4 days straight, maybe it's because I've got PMS and really need some chocolate..... I'm not sure why, but watching this video makes me cry.
It makes me think of all of YOU, out there, around the world, in this beautiful, amazing, inspiring community called Co-Creating Our Reality....
Let's all just take a moment, wherever you are, and DANCE. :-)

For me it was the fact that he is out there experiencing the world and all these amazing people were inspired to join him. It was fabulous seeing his progression from dancing by himself and then dancing with the groups of people. The energy, joy, and spirit they exuded was amazing.....simple yet powerful.
