Everybody Dance Now!

so I'm working away.... have been since I got back from New York. Barely come up for air. but today I got an email from my friend matt (the dancing guy)... and he just posted his latest video.
The girls and I were supposed to go dance with him in Miami Beach, but he came when we were in Colorado.
Maybe it's because I've been glued to my computer for the last 4 days straight, maybe it's because I've got PMS and really need some chocolate..... I'm not sure why, but watching this video makes me cry.
It makes me think of all of YOU, out there, around the world, in this beautiful, amazing, inspiring community called Co-Creating Our Reality....
Let's all just take a moment, wherever you are, and DANCE. :-)

I felt a greater sense of beeing... feeling less alone... and cause dancing is my biggest passion and one of my intention in this challenge is to put more dancing in my life, this video touched me real deep. WOW! this is so awesome! I love this video. He needs to be "the dancing guy" to promote dance therapy and healing through dance around the world! definately one of my favorite videos!

I loved the video. Somewhere along the way I found myself all teary eyed as well, in a joyful and sweet way. What a great reminder of oneness that was.
