To Thee My Lord!
This is not really a blog, rather a prayer expressing my gratitude to the Lord and Almighty. The words just flowed out of my heart a couple of days back while I was reading about Buddha.
Here I post it to make it flow to other hearts that feel the same.
To Thee MY LORD
O Lord of souls
I surrender to thee,
Thanking from the root.
I ask for inner peace
And warm embrace,
I ask to be healed
Of the hurt thus far,
I ask for forgiveness
For the hurt I caused,
I ask for protection
From hurt in future,
I ask for insight
To see my soul
And know my purpose,
I ask for strength
To tread the right path,
I ask for guidance
To know what’s right,
I ask for blessings
Of abundant days
And peaceful nights.
I know I asked a lot
But I do know..
YOU wanted me to.
And that you want to give
What I want to receive.
What you give
I gratefully receive.
