It's almost here! Season 2, HERE I COME!!!
YAY, YAY, YAY!!!
what a pleasant surprise to log into my target.com account and see that my new Flip camcorder (in Pink of course) is arriving today!!!!
they estimated delivery between 3/27 and 4/1...which kinda sucked cuz i ordered it on the 21st - so yes, i'll take it 2 days early :-)
YAY, YAY, YAY!!!
so for those of you who don't know me (yet), i was on hold because at the end of my first season, i moved from Atlanta to Fort Worth, TX (my hometown) and just before i moved, my old desktop computer kinda stopped working (making room for my new LAPTOP). when i got here, i moved in with my mom and didn't really have access to a camera...well, i almost did, but then my step-dad's camera started rebelling - lol. so i have a new laptop but no internet at my new place (haven't bothered to set it up yet, i'm enjoying sitting at home in silence, away from technology) so it would take a lot for me to record onto my computer, transfer to a memory card then bring it to work to upload....hmmm....
so i've been wanting to make videos all this time but have been too busy to make a priority of it. and the beauty of this new camcorder is that i will be able to record whenever and wherever without being limited by logistics! it records up to an hour of video so i can record several days, even if i can't make it to a computer.
and the portability means i will just be able to have more fun! i can take it anywhere i go and i can capture more of those precious moments with my daughter (who has grown SO much since you all have last "seen" her).
well, this is you're heads up, there's a good chance you'll be seeing a video from me tonight!
