The 100 Day Reality Challenge

Ok, I do need to start; So today , it is my day 01 of the 100 day challenge.
I read some of your blogs and I got very impressed and inspired.

I want to call the first season of the challenge "Feeling good " as I want to take care of myself.
I haven't practiced any sport for over 1,5 year. Why ? Because I travel everyday more than 3,5 hours a day, and when I come back home I am exhausted
In addition I can only eat gluten and dairy free products so I have to cook my food all the time.

Anyway, it is not a big deal any more as I have found a new job which I am starting next Tuesday .
I won't have to travel a lot which will give me more time for me.

I want to

- practice mediation : I need to check where I can go for meditation classes
- practice yoga : need to check where
- eat raw food : I have already 2 books full of recipes, I also have a dehydrator, a blender and a food processor, but I do need to get some teflex liners and be organized
- practice a rampage of appreciation
- to direct my own thoughts (not an easy one)
- organize cultural meetings with my friends : all my friends are willing to do it
- practice visualization: just need to spend 10 minutes a day to visualize what I want
- practice EFT: also 10 min a day to practice it in order to get rid of my fears and bad feelings
- be positive all the time: I receive everyday motivational quotes, which is very good. But I have to stop reading bad articles. I need to find a way to laugh everyday.
- get rid of my dyslexia : In my opinion this one is going to be the more challenging because it is something I've got since I am a child. But I have to see myself as a normal person with a perfect language
- help people: I sponsor a child from the Nicaragua, but I would like to do more and be part of a charity in London

I think it is enough for my first season although I am sure I have missed something.Never mind :-)

COngratualtions on getting started - I'm sure you'll create lots of great things over the next 100 days. I love too the rampage of appreciation. Sounds fun. Have a great laugh and lots of great things.

Great goals! I have also started a meditation class and have noticed that doing it in a class setting lets you really focus on the stillness and calming elements of the practice. Happy journey!

Fantastic goals, Steph! Many of them are similar to my own, and I am considering a raw food diet, too (I am having gluten and dairy issues). I was living in England until last June, was there 7 years with my husband. Now I am back in the USA but I really miss England very much. Best wishes for your journey on the Challenge!
