I've been thinking, and I mean really thinking, of all the stuff I read, or see, or listen to regarding the law of attraction, the common demoninator is simply this "our thoughts become our reality".
Wow! once you realize this, you must then learn how to apply what you learned to your daily life, with that in mind, I have really started to notice how much I am paying attention to my thoughts.
I am finding that if a negative or worrisome thought flashes in my mind or I start to ponder about it, as soon as I realize that the thought is of a negative nature, I immediately start to say my affirmations outloud, if I am by myself, or softly to myself if I am not alone.
What I am discovering from this is that as i consciously focus my thoughts to more positive things, I feel so much better, its like a calmness comes over me,and I feel all is right with the world, despite all the things that i might be presently going thru.
I am also learning or discovering that my positive energy is rubbing off on the people around me,that I find myself paying attention to what people say to me when they give me compliments, doing this is showing me how the outer world sees me and I can say I am flattered at the comments that come my way, for example I've been told that I have a gentle or kind spirit, that I have a good heart, a loyal friend, wise beyond my years, that I inspire them and i could go on and on.
Now, I can say those words make me feel so good, but at the same time, hearing these things from my family, friends and even strangers that I meet during my normal day gives me insight as to what kind of person I have grown to be and i will say I am proud to be me.
These compliments also reaffirm to me that I am destined for great things, I am on this earth to make a difference, no other person was put here to do what I can do, it is my own unique skill, and each and every one of us has the same special, unique quality. It is our job to search our souls and find our destiny.
Be conscious of your thoughts, direct and focus them on things you want, be careful not to focus in the negative by focusing on what you don't want, for example if you don't want debt, try to say or think "I have more money than I can spend, focus on it, and when you start to feel worried about debt or you start to think about your bills, simply shift your focus and say "I have more money than I can spend or something like that, whatever works for you.
This small step will change your vibration, which in turn will begin the journey to change your life.
