A new goal
Today I am adding the goal of not getting sucked into negative talk or thinking about the economy. It's an ongoing discussion at my work, almost always doom and gloom. I will not be a part of it.

Talk about the economy is very depressing, which is why I stopped watching the news a long time ago. I figure that people will come to you and start talking about it anyway, so why not reduce my exposure as much as possible to negativity.
