13 November 2009: A perfect.....
I had a really great day today. I spent time talking to some really interesting people at an awayday for the senior team. I was also able to get a possibility of doing a speech at the next one. That will be really cool.
I got a coffee machine the other day. I have been trying to make a perfect espresso. I succeeded today! I found a great website that gave some tips - now I want to find out even more. I will buy lots of coffee at the weekend! And I want to try out making some different coffees - cappuccinos, etc.
Going for a run tomorrow around the island - and while I am out I will be picking up some parcels from the post office. A utility run I will call it.
Spoke to my parents on skype - it is so great that they are happy and comfortable using it. So much better than the phone!
My partner is watching lots of poirot and crime on the tv. I am tapping away on the keyboard - I hope I am not disturbing her ;-)
In other news - my printer ink arrived today. That's absolutely great.
I am thinking tomorrow that we could go to the supermarket and get some really lovely food. How about that? Shall we? Yes!!!
Weighed in this morning at 12st 1lb. I intend that I will be 11st 13lbs tomorrow morning after my run. Can't wait to achieve it.
