1 day season 1
Today I've decided to start all over again the 100 reality challenge. I started once before and I did it for few days and forgot about it. One of my weaknesses is lack of consistency. So today I will challenge myself to stick with the 100 day challenge for 100 days. I have to say that I feel a little lost and don't know how to start. I see a lot of information on the website but I don't know where to start. I feel a little bit skeptical. But I know that I need a change in my life and I need to do something. So I decided to co-create a new life today. I've be feeling depress and lonely. I need to change my perception of life. I need some orientation from you guys. I don't know how to start...

Hi Marianella...my first season's main intention was also to complete the whole 100 days. It's actually quite easy. It's basically just tracking your 100 day journey towards your intentions. You can write or blog about anything. How you are feeling, what practices you have chosen to do, what you did that day, how you'd prefer to feel/live, what you are grateful for...the list is endless. Just noticing the changes taking place in our lives. Even just the act of putting your intention/s out there is an immensely powerful act.
