Tomorrow is my birthdate and I have been glowing since November began. I don't have an issue with age - in fact I tell most people I am almost 40 (39 to be exact, as of tomorrow). I feel more like 25 to be honest and the way that I play and joke, I am sure that it is even lower than that number. Last year's birthday had me in horrible tears. I missed my mom and my family forgot me. Honestly, they ignored the fact that it was my birthday. No 'Happy Birthday' from the hubby or much of one from the kids and half the kids decided they were too tired to do the dinner. Honestly, I was so sad. This year, I decided to manifest something for each day. Not necessarily in a materialistic way, however, but just in a joyous way. I have to say that this manifestion has gotten easier and easier for me throughout the years.
It started on Saturday when I read for not only my assistant, but also my sweet friend and she gifted me a gorgeous bracelet. On Sunday, hubby and I went shopping and out of the blue he picked up a cute gnome tshirt and said 'you need this'. Then a snowman tshirt and said the same. I just laughed and set them back and he said 'No, seriously!'. On Monday, my dad came home with a 20" monitor for me, another complete surprise. Tuesday I went to my office and had a small box inside of my door with some new crystals, gifted to me from the local giftshop. On Wednesday, hubby and I went to Dixboro (my favorite haunted farmhouse, which is also a giftshop) and had some of my art pieces signed by the artist who I found delightful and chatted with for a bit. He actually doodled something for me special. It was then that I found some special presents from my best friend who visited a few weeks back (a coffee mug that said Believe and a Christmas ornament that said that same!). When we got home, UPS showed up with a large box. Inside the box was a rug with two snowmen on it that said Believe and a plaque that had a motivational quote. It was from a client/friend who also sent a card that really touched me. Thursday (today), I went to the car dealership to find out if I could get rid of my Mazda that felt like it was going to fall apart and was not only pleasantly surprised by a great quote, a loaded car, but also several parties booked for February. Hooray! I went to work and had several cards for me in the mailbox and at home had the same. And then my hubby told me to get on Kohls.com and pick out whatever I wanted. Now, I know that doesn't sound romantic, but it was fun to get some new perfume and a sweatshirt. Tomorrow I pick up my car and have lunch with my dad (whose birthday it is also) and then will be going to see a play that my daughter is part of. And Saturday, we are all meeting for lunch before I do readings for another party. It has been a wild manifestion ride, but I am LOVING every single moment of it.
