The 100 Day Reality Challenge

.....THREE STEPS BACK
I don't know about anyone else but since I started this challenge I seem to have opened a Pandora's box of all my negative stuff. It just seems to be rising to the surface......ready to be released I hope...

I am doing a lot of EFT tapping work and I cry a lot.
I am experiencing very low lows that last far too long than they should.
I am normally Miss Sunny...... my joys are good but don't last too long.
Oh Dear! I didn't expect things to be so difficult.
Instead of losing weight I've gained.
Instead of my dream job..I'm working at an hourly rate lower than the rate I was being paid 12 years ago....

I am grateful for this job and I know I do it well.
I am journalling like crazy
I have my vision boards all ready.....
I meditate daily....

Am I trying too hard or something?
or does all the negative stuff come out before the real joy comes?

HELP!!!

Hi Gwen, try to shift your focus, that will really help.

It takes a little effort at first to do this, especially when you are feeling low - the best way i find is to start appreciating something you love in your life, or even appreciate where you are right now, your surroundings, maybe the view from your window, nature, anything that you appreciate and are grateful for - once you start appreciating different things then you will shift your vibration very quickly, your energy will become lighter and you will feel better.

And as we all know when you start to feel better then things that you want come to you easier.

that's true chris! the negative emotions let us know how close and how far away we are from the 'vortex' lol. Use the emotions as a tool! they are beneficial- keep your chin up!

it's wonderful whatever comes up, feel it and release it so more light can come in. keep up the EFT, affirmations and make self-care a priority...nurture yourself while you heal. hang in there honey!!

Try not to focus on the negative things too much dear. Always try to reach for the thought that feels better! Like.. hope is better than hopelessness.
Also with EFT- you are clearing away the negative things in your life, and so sometimes negative emotions will come up. This happens a LOT with me. When I Do certain eft videos on you tube (and tap along with them) I'll start to cry shortly after but then will feel good. Its just that negative energy moving out of you system. Its doing its job, dont worry.

Youre not the only one- so dont feel alone. I also have had some VERY low, lows latley- especially people on the open heart challenge have experienced just what you are experiencing right now!

Just try to reach what feels better ! and keep your chin up- we're all with you in this!
