The 100 Day Reality Challenge

What to do when you are doing everything you need to do but things are just getting worse? What inspires you? What makes you keep the faith? I'm just having such a hard time right now. I know I need to snap out of it but I can't find the will. I feel like begging and pleading and just fighting with God/the universe. This is just one of those really bad days. It's been a really bad couple of days. I don't know how to snap out of it. Where to look for inspiration? How to still believe? I need help.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the immortal words of Douglas Adams, "DON'T PANIC"

You just exacerbate the situation.

my darling it often gets worse before it gets better. Its like a transition period.
just keep saying ,''thankyou for my patience''...''thankyou for change''...''I trust in life''

all is changing.

try to think less and feel more, don't look for proof of change, embrace the changes, even the small ones and trust the rest will follow.

I know how you feel,I am up this night making new changes as I am so moved by my old ways. It's ok...tomorrow is another day.

I watch the secret in a morning,I know it helps alott.
and I read alott of great books.
and coming here, reading of peoples experiences, sharing growth, all these things help.

don't be so hard on your self, relax ,breath and know that you aren't alone,we are all with you xxx

I don't think I can add anything to this, seems like great advice you've got already. I'll send you some healing thoughts for calmness, serenity and peace.
P.S the writing really helps me, do you keep a journal? It really helps get things out, if done daily it can help stop any negative build up, you know.. like dealing with the issue when its small, stops things escalating, you can also write your requests to the angels here too. It works for me, hope it helps x

Resham, thanks for the website. I add it to my favorites. I did what you said about writing what I felt on a paper and ask God to help me. I felt a bit better after that.

Junepixy, I really love # 2 and 3. I like the idea of inviting angels into my life and asking them to release my problems. # 3, I have always done. Visualizing negativity washing away from my body while I shower. I love that one and will enjoy a long one tonight.

Connie, Thanks for those words. I like the part you said to be kind and gentle with myself. That was one of the things I learned but forgot today. I needed that reminder. I let myself felt all the emotions. I had a good cry and then I felt relief.

Thank you all for your kind words and support. That helped me most of all, seeing that someone care and is willing to help.

Meditate and ask for guidance. Whenever I ask the Universe for help it always comes in some unexpected way. I may be guided to a book or a website, or to a cup of tea or a hot bath. Do whatever you can to nourish your self and nourish your soul. Don't reisist what you are feeling. Let yourlself FEEL IT. Feel the emotion and then let it pass through you. If you fully feel it, it will pass. Sit with it. Find out what is behind it. What is the thought that is leading to these feelings. Be gentle and kind to yourself. Relax a little, get quiet, be still and let some guidance come to you
Sending you love and light xxx

Here are a couple of things I do to feel empowered when times are tough...

1- write a gratitude list - making a list of all the things I'm happy for helps me shift the focus from the bad to the good. It also generates powerful vibes for attracting more good in your life! I recently did an exercise where I envisioned all of the things I want, and made my gratitude list as if I already had them. It's on my blog page, if you want to check it out!

2- I had a really rough day the other day and posted a similar request for some help. One reply I got advised me to invite the angels into my life and ask them to help me release the problem. You can do this according to whatever activites feel right to you-- writing, meditating, prayer, whatever! Knowing that a higher power is looking out for me really helped relieve a lot of my fears.

3- Sometimes meditation can be difficult, especially when you try to release your negative feelings and just get stuck, feeling like you can't get free of them. Treat yourself to a hot shower and scrub yourself down, pamper yourself with a facial scrub or a hair treatment maybe... and imagine that you're washing away all of the badness. Take a few minutes to stand under the water, let it shower onto your head, and visualize it going into your body and clearing out everything you feel is burdening you. When you get out you feel sparkly clean and new, ready to face the day again!!

I really hope this is helpful :) The universe holds infinite beauty and wonder, and it all exists within you! Amazing, isn't it? ;)

Love & light, blessings & peace... xoxo

hi there, I understand how you feel. During the hard times, the best thing to do is to breathe and relax. I know its hard but try it. If you go to www.abccreativity.com they have a guided meditation for releasing obstacles and having a super fantastic day. Focus on getting rid of your problems with these meditations and soon you'll release all your negativity. Another thing I would advise is to write down all the negative things on a piece of paper, all doubts, all things you wish God would answer, and then just say "My mind and heart are open to miracles. God please help me sort out all these problems. I know leave them with you". Good Luck x
