Today I take my inspiration from Chef Jamie Oliver
Even though my work is nothing like Mr. Oliver's --- he gets to play with spices and meat and vegetables and such, while I am at the keyboard and the phone --- I feel his spirit of positive energy, casualness, charm, confidence, easy talent, and expertise. And I'll just pretend I'm wearing a quirky purple and white striped shirt right now.

- Jamie Oliver is wonderful!!!! Im also inspired by many of the chefs on Food Network... I envy Giada... just a little LOL.. oh all the great Italian food she gets to make and eat!!!! hehe
