Hello Co-creators,
To be willing to know and use your power! To manifest and partner in creating a career for myself in wellness that is a blessing to all that are involved. This is the vision that this 100 day challenge will help me to launch with solid action steps, prayer, visioning and magic.
What I want to do here is share some of my lessons learned and invite you all to share some of you own...perhaps "top ten" part of my vision within wellness is to promote positive community and sharing such as this. So, here goes.
Some of my top strategies for positive energy and positive inertia:
1. Saying "hello to the energy" when I feel like running\hiding\etc. I find it helpful to literally say hello to the energy. If I stop for a moment I usually have a sense of where the energy is coming from and find that a simple hello is really powerful in giving me the space to choose rather than react. A few moments ago I "said hello" to the self invalidation\low self esteem I was feeling, got a sense of a person who is likely not pleased with me now and "got my space with the situation". He is feeling challenged by the contrast that I am showing him and likewise he is helping me to get my space and feel my power. Just choosing to say hello helped me shift from frentic avoidant choices to doing that which would truly be helpful for me -- like launching my 100 day.
2. Talking it out... I typically know what would be helpful however at times are feeling resistance to doing it. just a few moments ago, I "talked it out" with myself noting that meditation for 20 minutes would be so much more helpful than frentically moving around the house. This gentle no pressure acknowledgment gave me new options and a deeper sense of peace and returned my ability to choose what I would do and the energy I would work from.
3. Using my strengths, one of my strengths is a sense of time and a sense of playfullness. Knowing that I have limited time before I have to leave the home, I set a timer and am now working against the timer to get this posting completed.. Who will win? Me of course, if not on the first try then I can always reset the timer as I put a cushion in place :)
4. Journalling - just takign the time to witness seems to be so powerful to me. This with a focus upon gratefuls is such a great energizer.
5. Sharing - one of my favorites is opportunities to share with others especially in real time what is working. What strategies are you using, what did you use and how did it work. This is so fun and positive in focus and raises the vibrations so quickly and easily.
6. Medicating with cards -- I love to just put out my wisdom cards (many different types) , just choose a deck such as Lousie Hay spread out on the table and randomly read as many as I want literally taking in the good ideas and energy. A wise man once told me to "fill your mind with wise thoughts" ...so right on!
7. Singing Affirmations - Putting to song whatever it is that I want to experience and attract, for me I am attracting "golden light" so I love to just sing golden light in varying tones and styles adding other words\affirmations as feel right.
8. Sending love- be it a card (snail mail), an email or just a telpathic thought - it is so helpful and a powerful win:win.
9. Music - fun positive upbeat music (whatever speaks to me at the moment) I love putting my mp-3 in random and just letting whatever come to me ...so many good songs out there and inspired artists.
10. Play,,.being in a sense of silliness and play.
11 (see #10 above if concerned about this only be 10). Raising my havingness, picture a gauge, enfold it in loving energy see it for the amount of havingness you have now for that which you desire and with loving energy raise it on up. Be amazed at how your thoughts, beliefs and experiences shift as you raise your havingness.
Yeah -- and I beat the timer :)
