I have finally done this-I watched the Secret and was introduced to the Power of Attraction.And I was so desperate to find a solution to the million and one plagues of my life that I am sure finding this website was no coincidence.Well,whatever it may be,I am here,albeit a bit confused.So,what do i do on a daily basis? Just practice my law of attraction and record what I think/achieve on a daily basis?Or something else? If someone can let me know i would be very grateful!

Okay so on to my first goal-losing weight.I have been traumatised by my size since I was a kid.I have always been overweight and it was the perfect combination of bad eating habits plus maybe genetics though I do not like blaming things on my genes.So,I missed out on a lot of activities in my childhood which I really wanted to do,sports etc.
I did do quite a bit like classical dancing,but I used to look at girls playing basketball,swimming,and all I could think of was how fat I would look in the clothes I needed to play in.
Anyways all that is going to change now.So there!!!!:)
Here is to a new me :) I will make it happen:)
