· Vision video: Your vision video will display pictures, sentences, and affirmations that empowers you to fulfill on your goals

In relation to the vision board,I came across this programme you can download off www.oprah.com called O-dream board,its basically a vision board for your pc!its excellent,really easy to use and handy if you don't really want to have your vision board displayed to others!!Good luck every one!:)

I am starting the 100 day process today. I am journaling, doing a vision board, working out, being in gratitude everyday, and meditation. I am excited. This is a great idea!
positive actions and outcomes that have worked toward my goals today:
1. wrote some of my book
2. made a vision movie to watch every day
3. Tried medetation for the first time with some pleasant results
4. I have been reading The Lightworker's Way by Doreen Virtue getting in touch with my spirituality
5. I have spent time in nature today walking my dog
6. Found unexpected or explained money in my bag
7. Found out the name of my angel
I am so lucky and fortunate that came across such a great group.
I really want to take benefit of this valuable knowledge. from today i am starting this.
I am sure that i will get success in this. god will help me in this!
