Wow its amazing the difference a day makes! I am so excited now. I just got back to my hotel in Fort Worth TX after going to a Limu conference all day today. I have been feeling horribly anxiose and fearful today. I distracted myself with busy work and tv and internet. I finally decided that this is the place to come!!!!! So I decided that instead of ignoring my feelings i will ask them what they want. The response i got was that my body is so tired and wants to feel safe and amazingly the anxietly decreased. OK I never finished season one. I honestly need to sit down and go over what really happened specifically but I do know that I had lots of negtivity in my life seem to overwhelm me the more happy and positive I became. I allowed it to influence me instead of using it to move forward. Sadly I have family that is so negative and down and the happier I am the more negative they are.
