Day 7
Last night I started a new book. It's called Psycoanalysis and Religion by Erich Fromm. I picked this book in hopes that it will help me in my search for what I believe. Something that stuck out to me is when he says, "It is not true that we have to give up concern for the soul if we do not except the tenets of religion...The question is not whether man returns to religion and believes in God but whether he lives love and thinks truth."

Day 3
Day 3 is going extremely well. I went to the gym for the third time this week and I brought Kelsi and Keaton (my future step-kids) with me. They got to shoot hoops and run around while I ran and lifted weights. Then we played some 3 on 3 before going grocery shopping. They are such great kids. I hope that opportunities for influencing and encouraging them keep coming my way! Day 2: Influence and Encourage
Today is day 2 of the challenge. I added another intention. #7: Influence and Encourage. As I was driving home from work today, I thought of Amber, a 19 year old young woman I hired in December. Day 1
I am a little nervous about starting this challenge. I think because I'm afraid of the result come April. I'm a little scared that I will accomplish all my goals and intentions, taking away time with those I love. Maybe one of my intentions will have to be Finding Balance. Day 22 was great and full of nice surprises for me! It's funny how when you ask for things, you can release the worry, fear or any attachment to it and let the work be done! :) It has been nice.
