It seems like I am at point A and I want to get to point B. I don't really know how to get there and I keep reaching out but because I don't know what I am doing it is taking forever.
Sometimes I just get tired of reaching and I just want to rest. Is that so wrong?

Well Guys, I have completed one week on my new job!!
I am so thankful to God for this job!!!! One of the things I like most about this job is that I have my own office with a door that locks and a computer. I can listen to lectues while I work. When I close the door, it is quiet. The place where I was before the people were loud, laughing and talking. They played their music loud and when I complained that I couldn't concentrate to do work, they all got mad. Here, when I come in, there is no one…

I did not go to work today. Today is a holiday. I have no words for this day. With tear filled eyes, I watched Barack H. Obama get sworn in as the 44th president of the United States of America. I am proud and optimistic for the US.

Last year I survived major surgery. I am so thankful to God for everything that I have been brought through. I accomplished a lot in 2008. I am still recovering. Last year this time, I was preparing for surgery. When I think about how I couldn't walk or even sit up by myself, I am just so thankful. I have much to accomplish in 2009. I look forward to getting healthier and getting this huge weight off my shoulders and head called

Someone said something to me today that was so hurtful. It came out of left field. I tried to pretend like it did not hurt, but it felt like a knife was shoved into my heart and twisted. I totally did not see it coming. It was intentional and planned. I tried my best to just finish the telephone conversation and I did with tears streaming down my cheeks. I managed to excuse myself off of the phone just before my voice cracked.

There is so much work to do. I am confident that I can get it done. I have accomplished so much this year. I will get my book copywritten this year also.
I am looking forward to starting a new path that is more in line with what I am trained in and the gift that God has given me. It is actually exciting.!
I went to two seminars last week. I enjoyed them immensely.

I went to a seminar on Thursday. It was very good. It was on drug abuse in kids and psych problems. It felt good to go to something like that alone. I felt more like myself.
After the lecture was over, I went up and introduced myself to the lecturer. He is the director of our health department. I told him that I hope that we will get a chance to work together in the future. We will.

I have a USMLE tomorrow and I am so sleepy. I had a hard time getting to sleep. I have to do practice exams today and as much material a I can go over. I have to stay awake because I will be sitting for the exam tomorrow this time. The refrigerator needs to fixed. Help!!
