This morning, I am focused on how I manage conflict. I'm dealing with some issues at work and was gifted with a white paper written by one of my fabulously intelligent girlfriends. It said that conflict, managed properly, can be the catalyst for creativity and collaboration. I have a meeting this a.m. where I will bring this paper in and read the section about how conflict can be good for an organization as a meeting starter. I really believe that if I can get to the point where I see conflict a…

There's a lot going on in the world that is less than desirable, though I know that my own small situation can prosper. The benefits to focusing on your own piece of the universe are many, including less stress. I'll admit it's difficult not to hang on CNN and watch the stock tick up and down, but it's definitely not good for my attitude. So far, I've managed to avoid it for the last three or four days. Today, I will focus on my small part of the financial universe and do what I can to keep the…

This is me working my way back to CCOR. What can I say? I discovered facebook a few months ago and geez, is it ever addicting to a people person like me. Plus, Sandy, Lilou and Laura are all on it, too, so I feel like I get a fix of CCOR on there, too. How fun is that???
Back to my CCOR Season 3, though...so here's where I am...
I'm treating my fitness goals as the medical issue that they are. If I don't get a handle on my weight, it is sure to lead to health issues and illness that I am not i…

This weekend was my MasterMinds meeting weekend and it was fab. Such a great way to create a safe space for sharing your wildest dreams, your most difficult challenges and getting the accountability that some of us so desperately need. I highly recommend it to anyone who really wants to see their dreams come true. (I know I wouldn't have become a published author without the support and encouragement from these fabulous women!!!)
These days, one of my biggest areas of focused intention is achie…

How fun is this? Starting a challenge on the same day as so many CCOR members is very exciting to me. I just reviewed my goals for my aborted season 3 (which I quit on the 3rd day) and decided I wasn't playing big enough in the area of money. So, with a small revision, they still fit. I've only a few minutes to write today, though I've been visualizing like crazy all day. Higher levels of health, wealth and serenity are focused targets of my thoughts.

This is me visualizing days of ultimate fitness. Me feeling strong and fit and lean. The Universe supports me in my effort to be healthy and strong. I love exercising and look forward to long walks and building muscles with weights and yoga. I am so comfortable in my skin and I love trying new styles. I look ten years younger since I've lost thirty pounds and stopped eating sugar. I will reach this vision with ease and support from God.

Okay, so I skipped out on CCOR for a few months. Lost my focus in the craziness that has been my life, but I'M BACK!!! This will be my third season and my focus is on achieving my optimal fitness. I will have submitted the manuscript for my customer service book to the publisher by December 18 and that will definitely help me get back to some type of equilibrium. (It's like having two jobs!) I'm so blessed in so many areas and I am going to spread that joy into the health and fitness area. I wil…

I'm writing this as I listen to JB Glossinger's morningcoach call. It's so great. Motivational and fun. You can visit it at morningcoach.com to sign up for a daily email of the podcast. One of the things I noticed on the site was something he calls the "sacred six" where you write down the top six things you really want to get done that day. (Think scheduling doctor's appointments, calling a friend, finishing a project.) I'm going to give it a try and see if it helps me get more organized. I als…

Today, I am wondering what I can do to manifest peace in my household. My husband is starting a new business, leaving a corporate job and feeling a lot of anxiety around his decision. Unfortunately, his anxiety is translating to crabbiness, which is permeating my space. While I've talked about starting a meditation practice, I've yet to get started. Perhaps that's the answer? I know I can't manifest anything FOR him, he has to do that for himself. Unfortunately, I'm unsure if I can have peace in…

I've decided to manifest an "unexpected" $5k in the next few weeks. Can't wait to see how it shows up. I'm thinking it will be as a bonus from my boss or as a gift from a family member. I've been listening to Esther Hicks and Abraham a lot lately and it's so fabulous to know - to your bones - that what you really want is coming your way and that we really are creators. Today, I am grateful that I get to spend time on this planet and enjoy the amazing wonders of this world. Today, I ask God to gu…

Today, I am again grateful for all that I have in my life. I am committed to my health and fitness this season, walking a lot, eating well and lifting weights. I've actually put on a few pounds - 7 or 8 - and my thought is that I need to get very comfortable with who I am in order to change. So, comfortable there, moving in the right direction. It's all good. My second thought over the last few days is that I am going to manifest $5,000 unexpected dollars. Not sure where they're going to come fr…

This morning, I am grateful for all of the people out there who create resources that support LoA. I have so many at my disposal from Esther Hicks to Morning Coach and Joel Osteen. (Yep, he's all about LoA!) I am grateful that I have an open heart and can listen and absorb the information. I am grateful that I have an amazing life and good health. I am so grateful that I keep accidentally typing "greatful." Hehe...I am that, too. I am GREAT-ful or full of greatness! I am grateful to the CCOR com…

I took a long walk last night, while listening to Esther and Abraham on my ipod. It was great fun and she talked a lot about pivoting. The concept is that every thought has both a positive and negative aspect and you can pivot toward the more positive one to activate the LoA. So, this is me pivoting this morning - I want to be slim, I want to be so healthy that I'm stronger and more fit than I was twenty years ago. I want to be able to eat whatever I want and be at a healthy weight. I am so fort…

I've been listening to Morning Coach, a great audio posting by a guy named JB Glossinger. He puts out this 15-minute recording and it's filled with positive energy and love. Today, he was talking about Manifesting a New Reality and I loved it. He specifically mentioned setting small goals, like stopping swearing, as a great way to work toward larger goals and learn to manifest on a much deeper level. Today, I am grateful for all of the wonderful people who are out there creating work that suppor…

This fine Monday morning, I sit at the same weight, or maybe even a few pounds more, than I did when I started this season. While I've learned a lot and made several false starts toward a "solution" which usually means dieting or cleansing of some sort, I've yet to actually do it. The good thing? I can take what I've learned and apply it! On Saturday, I took a walk with Esther Hicks and Abraham on my i-pod and got a great dose of LoA thinking. What stood out is the definition of "pivoting" from…

I love Mondays. This morning, I find myself starting a new commitment. Besides walking 100 miles this month (not going specifically by the calendar, mind you, since I started last week), I'm also going to take this week to cleanse my system of the carbs in which I've been overindulging. I feel like poo when I eat too many of them and this a.m., work up with pain in my hands. I know that sugar causes inflammation and that inflammation exacerbates my auto-immune system propensities, though when I'…

Today, I stopped by CCOR and saw a blog entry about gratitude. It's so simple, isn't it? Gratitude = a positive mindset = happiness and abundance. So, here's what I'm grateful for. I am grateful that I am strong and healthy. I can walk for miles, pick up heavy items, physically take care of my home and family, feel great every day and love my life because I feel so good. I am grateful that I so firmly believe that I have all of the tools I need to make an amazing life for myself. I am grateful t…

Okay, as part of my health and fitness manifestation, I've decided to run or walk 100 miles in the next 30 days, starting a few days ago, that is. I've gotten 7 in so far, which is a few short, though I know I can make it up on weekends. It's always great fun for me to create a challenge for myself and to have something to work toward that doesn't involve a scale. Today I am grateful for the healthy and strong body that I've been given for this lifetime. I am also grateful for the amazing people…

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday, I walked two miles in the a.m. and walk/ran two miles in the p.m. I have decided to run/walk 100 miles in the next 30 days to kick up my workout routine and it was much fun. I also ate better and feel better about myself. Funny how that works, right? LOL. I've gotten my ten year old son involved in coaching me and walking with me, as I'd like to see him develop a lifelong love of fitness. On to my morning manifestations: I am calm, present and healthy in…

Lately, my mantra has been "I have enough time for everything I want to do and everyone I want to see." It's almost entertaining actually, as my schedule has been very very crowded and I'm fighting the urge to run around saying "I don't have enough time!!!" Instead, I say "I have enough time" and I feel like I do. How funny is that? It's been quite a stretch, though I know it will pay off. Now I need to add a second mantra, one that says "weight just falls off of me." Right now, the weight is at…
