I made time to read a spiritual passage and meditate on it! It was a time of silence, prayer and feeling the amazing Grace. It opened my heart!!!

I just came from my fysiotherapy and I have great news for myself LOL!!
I can now start doing all normal exercises, like stepper, crosstraining and others I could not do before. I was just able to do bycicling and short walks.
I am even inspired to take my morning power walks.
I can be normal again and not have restrictions! Of course I will start moderately but upgrade it by 10%.
I'm so pleased!!

I didn't get the chance to meditate today. But I did meditate last night. I felt so much more at ease and relaxed after the meditation. This will definately be a plus to my stress release.
I see myself as a successful artist who sells her "feel good" products around the world and is booked for speaking engagements and private sessions! Selling my art is very easy!! I have 100 people asking me to paint for them each year!!
