Yesterday I read material about changing ones beliefs by Gail Taylor, life coach, who created TIA - The Integrated Approach, which is a holistic way of performing life coaching. She claims that the best effects in changing our believes we can achieve, when we try to introduce our minds to new beliefs in a state of being tired, hungry or in a post orgasmic state.
