I got an email from my friend Michelle this morning, asking me to become a fan of her FaceBook page. Sure thing. Hmm, I wondered, how
do you set up a Facebook
Fan page?
The Universe waves its magic wand... and lo and behold.... This afternoon I'm surfing around someone's blog on a totally different topic and what do I see before me? A You Tube video entitled 'How to create a Facebook Fan or Business Page'! The answer to my question couldn't be clearer than that. How's that for spe…

When I first saw (on You Tube) Darryl Anka channelling Bashar I thought "cor blimey he's a bit too 'shouty' and 'loud' for me". I thought "I think I'll stick with Abraham". Then Bashar's name kept cropping up and I thought 'Hmm. Better listen to this Bashar again'. I'm still exploring Bashar but I like what I've heard so far.
Recently I came across an interview Tom Murasso had with Darryl Anka (who channels 'Bashar') Here's the link if you want to listen.…

I simply had to blog about this on all my social networks - including this one!!!
I've just discovered a co-creator called Delores Dagenais - here on the 100 Day Challenge - a really talented singer - am very impressed! I can't believe what a talented bunch of co-creators we have here!
She's as good as any female singer-songwriters I know of - a (brief) matter of time I think before this woman is hugely successful.
She has 5 demo songs on her 100 Day Challenge Page. Go and have a listen - ver…

A while ago I dis-engaged the auto play for the music on my page because it made ME jump when I logged on as my music boomed out! So I guessed it did the same to others.
But I've re-instated the auto play and just shifted the songs round so it begins with an easy, kind of chilled tune.
I feel an urge to add some more dance-y ones just because I love moving to them (and I will add some dance-y ones soon) - not because the words are particularly meaningful, just because I love the beat and I lov…

I saw a very interesting blog by trancendenta l e e: 'What will it take for more of me to show up".
It reminded me of another question to ask yourself that I've recently discovered (tho it starts as more of a statement). You ask it about any area of your life. This 'question' or statement (from a book by Kendall Summerhawk) begins..
"The truth is....."
You fill in the blank on any topic that concerns you in your life.
This is between you and you.
Those three words help you to be tota…

I was writing in my journal this morning - thinking that I sometimes spend more time writing on my social networking sites than I do in my journal (maybe I can combine the two somehow?!)
Anyway, I was trying to create some affirmations and new beliefs - ones I would love to be true for me.
I came up with a few but didn't feel very inspired.
Then I had an idea about turning a negative thought into a positive one - easy to do, as you just reverse it. So then, even negative thinking could have a…

I just stopped by my own Page to listen to the music I chose. I came upon one by Leonard Cohen.
Now, I know many people think he is depressing, but I don't!
Yes, some of his songs sound a bit 'languid', but his lyrics ARE sheer poetry. (He IS a poet, so, not surprising!)
He speaks to my soul.
So! You may not appreciate Leonard Cohen's music or voice, but you have to appreciate his 'poetry' (which is after all one of the languages of the soul).
Here are the words (hopefully correctly heard…

I've just been looking for some 'pretend' one million pound notes in my filing cabinet drawer (as you do...) and instead found an unopened packet of cos lettuce seeds!
I don't remember 'filing' them there, and can think of no good reason why I would. But there they were.
Then I remembered recently, down at my allotment, using the last of the cos lettuce seeds and wishing I had some more because it's one of my favourite lettuces. I remembered also, really appreciating it as I picked the fully g…

I'm going through all the videos stored on my camera trying to decide which to delete, which to save and which to show. I keep making videos and then deciding not to post them for one reason or another. Sometimes I think they're too boring, or I'm waffling, or umm-ing and ahhi-ng too much. Sometimes what I've said is out of date, or I've moved on, because I didn't put it on the site straight away.
I wonder why I'm so reluctant and 'picky' about which videos to show? I guess it's because a video…

I've just dismantled the automatic play of the music on my page. Mainly because it makes
me jump - the way it suddenly pipes up!
I probably need something soothing then it would be less 'jumpy making'. So, much as I adore music, at the moment, I shall leave it up to the visitors to my page whether they listen to it or not.
Am off to enjoy the sunshine now and do some weeding at planting at my allotment - and visit a cat - oh joy!

Hmm..I was listening to the songs I have on 'my page' on this site and thinking hmm... would people who are longing for a soul mate be adversely affected by those songs. Would they think, but I don't have the soul mate I yearn for. And I thought - but those songs could also be about loving yourself. Those songs are songs in praise and wonder and love of yourself. Like the Maxwell one who sings "Surely now, realise, you're the highest of the high, if you don't know then I'll say it, so don't ever…

I'm waiting for a couple of videos I made to upload. Seems to be taking ages. I surprised myself by breaking down in tears in the videos. It's because I thought of and was talking about people I loved and who loved me, and about losing and missing people I love, and about telling the people you love that you love them. Anyway, there's a bit about it in the videos. I hope it helps or resonates with anyone who's lost someone they love.

I wanted to embed this as a video but at the moment You Tube have disabled all embed codes for Susan Boyle.
But here's the link
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lp0IWv8QZY
I've just tried the link and it doesn't bring up the video I'm talking about! If you're feeling tenacious you could always search You Tube for "Susan Boyle - singer - Britains Got Talent 2009 (with lyrics)…

I tried to load the links separately here, but unfortunately it's proved beyond my technical capability!
So, you can view both
new videos on the official Abraham-Hicks site:
When you get to the site click on the 'video clips' heading (top right)

I've just rescued my pea seedlings from the window ledge. I didn't think they'd appreciate thunder and hail storms just as they're beginning to push their little shoots through the earth.
This year more than ever I feel that my allotment (and my window boxes) mirror my life - and my work. (In fact all of my environment is a mirror). So I'm determined to have healthy abundant plants that are a joy to behold! I'm growing a mixture of food and flowers - great news on the veg front as I want to eat…

I didn't feel my usual (chilled and cheerful) self since yesterday. But I'm thrilled to say I feel back to my 'old self' again now! Thank goodness for that. But it's made me think.
How awful for people who feel like that most of the time? And who don't know how to pull themselves out of it? I felt a bit like that myself to be honest, despite all the wisdom of all the teachers (like Abraham) that I tried to remind myself of. Eventually this morning, I watched Esther Hicks and Abraham on You Tube…

Hi everyone, feel a bit shaken. I'm going to a Debbie Ford workshop here in London on Saturday. I hadn't planned to go, my friend had booked it but can't attend and asked if I'd like to go in her place. I 'ummed' and 'ahhed' about it a bit.
Eventually I decided that if the Universe had dropped this gift into my lap, I must need it. Must have some unresolved shadow issues that I need to look at, own, and deal with! Have an idea what two of them might be already:)
Anyway, I'm feeling a bit shake…

Hi everyone, hope I'm not too late with this!! The following was sent to me by a friend (Note: In the UK the time I think would be 4pm - it's just gone 3.10pm now - so not long to go!)
Love Claire
An invitation, please join in if you feel you want to:
On Tuesday morning, during the swearing-in ceremony of Barack Obama,
let's constructively use the energy of the love that will be flowing in
abundance all around the world during the whole morning, especially during
his speech. The invitation is…

Hmm, not sure what I made of Rebecca Marina's free teleseminar yesterday evening (9pm UK time). But I had my wallet and cheque books and cards all laid out in front of me to be 'blessed', so hopefully it's done the trick!
I'm working on the computer in the kitchen this morning and it's warm in here as I'm baking bread. I had a look at the organic bread in the supermarket yesterday and couldn't believe all the stuff they'd put in it. Goodness knows what they put in the non-organic bread.
I'm go…

Time for a review before I start season 2. Time to think about how serious I was about my intentions and how much was just wishful thinking. What things haven't happened that I wanted to happen and do I want to add those things to season 2's list?
Well, I think I'm going to celebrate my successes today!
I am so aware now of when I'm not joyful and know how to turn it around fairly quickly for myself so that's good news. (Largely I have Abraham to thank for this). So yes, I think the first inte…
