After so many days of snow, rain and gray skies, the sun is out and shining! Happy Spring everyone! I've been listening to the audio books at work with my headphones. The Power of Positive Thinking, The Secret, 101 Power Thoughts and several more by Louise Hay. And about a week ago, I played this hypnosis cd a few times. For the first time I can recall, it's been over a week now without me drinking pop. And I'm not really missing it.
