I forgive others by picturing their inner child, reaching out and giving them a warm hug and telling them that everything will be ok.........I also tell myself that I attracted that particular person into my life and I take responsibility for that, I forgive myself and ask what is the blessing, what can I findout about myself from this person, because essentially they are only the messenger, mirroring behaviour or traits that are based on beliefs I have about myself.

I joined the group last week because I needed a set exercise regime and thought by joining the Heart Foundation Walking Group in my Community, it would inspire me to commit to at least a couple hourly walks per week........and it has!!!
These lovely people are just like me.........they know how vital it is to look after themselves and they are committed to walking the talk.......literally!! I get to lose those few extra kilos that have climbed aboard over the last two years, I am enjoying parts…

Well......I tried pilates for the very first time and I have woken up invigorated and with a new found energy!!!
