My beloved child, break you heart not longer.
Each time you judge yourself you break your own heart.
You stop feeding on the love which is the wellspring of your vitality.
The time has come, your time to live, to celebrate and to see
the goodness that you are.
You my child, are…

During the last few days I’ve been most grateful for:
1. The spectacular energy 2009 has seemingly brought with it.
2. Blessings in disguise.
3. Being fortunate enough to safely watch a blizzard through a window (and marveling at it’s strength and beauty)
4. The effort people put i…

I’m an extremely private person when it comes to my spirituality and my practices. I haven’t told anyone in my personal life that I’ve joined CCOR or that I’m planning on starting season 1 on January 15th. So when these same people start bringing me gifts that will aid me in my challenge, I’m a little bit awestruck.
I haven’t even completed my list of intentions. Thus far, I have a rough draft on a piece of scrap paper that’s wrinkled and has a coffee stain on it. I intend to drink more water,…

Something that has always amazed (and scared) me with LOA is the old saying, “be careful what you wish for”. In recent days I’ve been putting together my list for my 100-day challenge adding to it, ‘more time with my boyfriend’ because we don’t see each other all that much. I’m a bit of a workaholic and he travels for his work all the time. Well, I asked and the universe certainly provided!
Yesterday, my boyfriend went snowboarding and one simple wrong move resulted in a dislocated shoulder. He…

It’s been a few days since I’ve had a chance to sit and write. And, in the midst of feeling guilty for not making time for writing, I’ve realized something significant. That the very things that have kept me from writing are also the same things I am most grateful for.
1. My job where I’ve been working overtime – being employed at a place where I actually don’t mind putting in the extra time because I enjoy the work and the people who work for me.
2. Christmas shopping, wrapping, etc. – having…

In preparation for my upcoming 100 Day Reality Challenge, I’ve begun to create my vision board. When faced with making a list of what I’d like to manifest in my life, I discovered that I was already content with my life and I had a difficult time figuring out what I want for my future. Perhaps I’ve just spent too many years living in the now. The majority of my spiritual journey thus far has been about acceptance and being grateful for what I have. Instead of focusing on what I don’t have. I rea…

This morning I awoke to discover I had caught a cold and could barely get myself out of bed. This was my last day off before Christmas and I still have so much to do. Who has time to laze around all day at this time of year?! Certainly, not me! I had goals and tasks to
accomplish today – this couldn’t be happening!
(Fortunately it was.) While my mind believed that I would get a burst of energy at any moment, my body on the otherhand had other plans. As it turns out, so did my soul.…
