Inspired by videos and blogs from fellow co-creators I decided to give the raw lifestyle a weeks try.
Much to my surprise I adapted quickly and effortlessly and I felt great!

A few days ago I mentioned that I had listened to the first book of the Sara series, written by Jerry & Esther Hicks, and that I enjoyed it so much.
There is one particular part of the story that stuck with me over the past few days.

I’ve been wanting to paint a certain wall in my living room for months but kept procrastinating it.
We went to the paint shop yesterday and on the way over I said: “How about red, the same colour as the chairs at the dining table?” My daughter who was in the backseat yelled ‘Oh NO! If you do that, I’m moving out!”
