Hi everyone, I've been a little quiet on the blogging front recently (its D38 S1), I seem to have just got caught up with everyday things & not been concentrating on my challenges. One thing I have managed to do is to complete one of my vision boards, I have come to the conclusion I need x3 altogether as there is so much I want to change in my life and I just couldn't get a board large enough & my house wasn't big enough to accommodate it anyway!
The board I have finished looks great &a…

Day 19 S1 Well despite the heavy snow I have made it into work yet again! No one else seems to have bothered in this town as they are all out having fun. However I have lots to do so I'd better get this blog written. This week started off a difficult one but since that amazing meditation (see my last blog) things have got considerably better. I found on Wed that I was having great difficulty actually believing what I'm after could ever happen so I did another small meditation on Wed eve & as…

Well here I am, lunchtime on Day 16 and I wanted to share something with you all. Last night I got home from work earlier than usual with my precious new copy of 'Ask & It Is Given' (Esther & Jerry Hicks) which I had purchased on the way. I made myself a big mug of tea and curled up in my bedroom, which is the warmest place in my house, to begin reading.
I guess I had read a couple of chapters & I wasn't feeling that great it has to be said, but I suddenly had this pressing need to…

Well here I am on Day 14 S1. I have to say Day 13 was a complete blur, I did all the tasks I was mean't to do but on total automatic pilot. I had some bad news on the evening of Day 12 in as much as I discovered some bad news about my ex. Hey ho that's life...so they say. I feel totally numb, I was just getting myself back on track and this has been a huge shock I guess, so it's no wonder I'm feeling a little fragile. I am trying to feel empowered & keep telling myself that I can have any ma…

Finding that quote by Robert Louis Stevenson was my one achievement yesterday (Day 7 /Season 1). Yesterday was a down day for me, I had a major attack of the blues & wasted an entire day. I did manage to drag myself to the gym in the evening but even the endorphins from the exercise didn't seem to help any. However, today is a new day & I'm getting myself back on track, even the sun was shining briefly this morning & Spring felt a tiny bit closer which is always a good feeling.
The…

Hi Co-C's Well here I am at the beginning of Day 5 & although this has been a pretty normal week, I have to admit, I have packed an awful lot more than usual into it. One of my intentions was to get to the gym 3 times a week, so far I've been twice & intend to go again this evening before I hit the wine bar, so that is one gold star for me this week!
I am still reading Jack Canfields Success Principles - it's an excellent book packed with all sorts of good stuff. There are also some gre…

Hi Co-C's
I'll begin with a quote by James Allen
'You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.'
I found it in Jack Canfields Success Principles book which I'm currently reading and thought it very appropriate for the begining of my 100 Day Challenge.
Well Day 1 has been challenging so far as I've had a vile headache all day & also have lost one of my favourite earings!! But I'm not going to let that dampen my spirits - I shall be ab…

Hi Co-creators, well this is my very first blog EVER! How exciting! They say there is a first time for everything so here goes!
I'm so excited about this 100 day challenge which I begin on 19 Jan 09. This is the kick up the backside I need to start creating the life of my dreams. I have spent years reading many different motivational books, listening to cd's by Anthony Robbins etc, watching The Secret & even attended a A Robbins firewalk seminar way back in the early 90's - and here I am FI…
