kelly I manifested a Goal of mine "ZUMBA" & Jogged outside at the Boardwalk!!

Roberta The Biblie Cure for Weight Loss and Muscle Gain!

Ok guys I got on the scale this morning and is said 145, got on it before bed and it said 144, So I'm guessing since it's so late already and I already ate that I have weigh even less than 144 so I'll fill u guys in the AM on my actual weight! Oh My Gosh! Everyone! When I started this whole 100 day challenge and eating from the book, Bible Cure for Weightloss! I have gone from 267 to 246 pounds as of this morning and all day today I have been in ketosis!
