I took my partner to the Toastmasters dinner last night. She enjoyed it. I really enjoyed all the guys meeting her too - particularly after I did my speech about Susie a few weeks ago. Tamara Rasheed Waiting & Toastmasters - D34S9

I was told that we couldn't move in until Thursday to give the landlord time to get the rest of their things out of the house (just an entertainment center and a couple of other things), so we are all eagerly awaiting the time to move in. Alaia Inch by Inch can be a Cinch!

Today has been rather productive.. I spent part of it updating the website for LWTTV.com I even got an acknowledgment from Barbara Marx Hubbard that she would love for me to stream her content on the channel. freezingiceblue Day 3 & 4: Season 6

Done quite a bit of running during these last two days. Just been for a 10km run (almost 6 miles) in 51 minutes. I have a half marathon coming up on sunday just west of london and so i am expecting to complete that in 1 hr and 58 minutes. wish me luck! freezingiceblue Day 12 Season 4 : Getting it all

Did plenty of exercise today. I did 12 minutes on the cross-trainer in the morning. And then I did around 20 minutes running. While I was running I managed a 7.2minute mile. Great pace - though I only kept it up for a short period. I intend to go running in the morning again :-) Weighed in at 12 stone on the dot. That is down to all of the veggies I ate yesterday. DonnaOnTheBeach I need some jokes about kids/inner child - help!

Hi guys I am doing a speech at my Toastmasters club on Tuesday about the inner child...and I need some jokes to pepper my speech with (I'm doing a 'humourously speaking manual').
