Nea J Can Affirmations Help the Pain?

So, I've been meditating more lately to clear my mind of obsessive thoughts about my back pain. It wasn't easy, but meditation is usually the road to clarity for me. However, it can be difficult to meditate when you don't feel well. So, I took a couple of the affirmations from the Health Affirmations page on my site. I wrote "My body heals quickly and easily" over and over. I was amazed at the relief that I felt within seconds… Continue

Deborah Tudor Law of equivalent benefit. The Honest Guys just reminded me of the Napoleon Hill axiom that is so true for me........

Every adversity has within it the seed of an equivalent benefit....... any adversity, such as losing a job, can hold the seed of opportunity, perhaps to get into a project that the job was blocking, and leads to benefit equal to or greater than the pain of the adversity. Look at the tough things that are happening to you and try to see the benefit within it! For me, two and a half years ago a van accidently ran into my car and knocked me off the interstate into an airborne flip that crushed muc… Continue

HappierThanGod FYI. Guru Panache Desai Message

Thank You, Chicago Spending time with each of you last week in Chicago was an honor, a privilege and a true joy. My heart fills with bliss as I recall each successive meeting, session and workshop. The warmth of your welcome and depth of your commitment was just one of the many gifts that each of you gave to me. Words fall short as I try and share the depth of my gratitude for Maureen Douglas and the committee she created to work so diligently in preparation for this tour. Hundreds received th… Continue

PinkPetals Day 40 Pain body & Search party

Hiya Everyone, Sorry I've been away again. It seems my Pain Body has gotten a hold of me. And I've been dealing with my husbands pain body. I'm going through something that could easily make me want to give up and throw in the towel. However, I realize that I should use the greatest challenges to make myself stronger. To my momentary sadness the money I had saved up is no longer and I tried to safe guard it, however my husband still found a way to deplete the account anyway. Thats a long story I… Continue

Nicole Biggs Day 9/100 - Letting Go of Perfection!

Today I can feel my pain body come up a little. I feel resistant to writing, marketing and don't know what action to take. I think OK, I will learn and read something positive or meditate. I am feeling resistance even to not doing anything. I guess I will just accept that not everything is perfect and I will accept and meet this resistance I am feeling now. I will enjoy dinner, maybe watch TV. If inspiration comes my way I might listen to an audio on my mentors site or find some free business c… Continue

Jen L 8/100

Today was one of those extremely tiring days. Both physically and emotionally. Woke up feeling cramps (which went away after a bit of, what to call it, 'deliberate/intentional rest'), then I had driving lesson with my dad. Driving is one of those blocks I have to change, and soon, because I am taking my restricted driving test in 2 weeks or so. Let me explain: I hate driving. (No one in my family likes it, and not many of my friends are that enthusiastic about it either, so I suppose it was har… Continue
