Kahea The First Day! May 18, 2009

MORNING: Well today is the first day of my 100 day challenge. So far I have done my 15 miracle minutes, had a shake at 160 calories and remembered that I might be going out for dinner tonight so to take it easy with my calorie intake. I am planning on making some phone calls today, exercising and mailing something to my mom. Hello Co Creators. I want to share a miracle i was blessed with in Nov.08. I work outside most of the year, From Cold spring days through the sweltering summers and into the freezing late fall.
