My Wish
By Rascal Flatts
I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow
And each road leads you where you want to go
And if you're faced with the choice and you have to choose
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you
And if one door opens to another door closed
I hope…

I am truly grateful for being able to be tapped into Source!
I have been watching videos from Abraham-Hicks the last few days and remembering Abraham talk about being connected through meditation and what it feels like. This morning, like every morning, I meditate. Today I was connecting and felt some twitches and what I would call a huge rush of energy and the feeling of being overwhelmingly happy. It felt so good and wonderful.
This evening I had my new spiritual coaching class, first class…

My friend is having a gratitude dinner tonight to celebrate all the people who helped her through a difficult period of time in her life last year. What a beautiful idea! She asked everyone who’s coming to bring their favorite quote and song about gratitude to share with the group. This got me thinking about my favorite quotes, meditations, actions, etc. from various sources related to attitude and gratitude, and I’ve had the most lovely hour compiling them all to share with her – and you. If yo…

After the chaos of the last few days I decided this am that I needed to create a routine checklist and post my progress on it. I did something similar when I was being pushed out of my job (workplace bullying) back at the start of last year - and managed to manifest a transfer to a much nicer mob. After the nerves of a few days ago, though, it turns out that the early morning's I hate so much are about to become a whole lot more common - for a few weeks before Christmas anyway. Talk about gettin…

Are you ready to experience the focus, concentration, and self awareness that can be yours with only 10 minutes of meditation every day? Meditation is so effective why don't more people talk about it when, and why is it that doctors prescribe Prozac, Paxil, and Zanex, but not meditation? We think it's because there's nothing to sell. If drug compan

things are manifesting. Things are becoming clearer. My business is growing and others are seeking my services, bringing me more income.
I put day 26 ? because I'm still not sure. I finally started my vision board. It is not finished, but my 100 days are up there. And I have plenty of quotes, pictures and affirmations to cut up and stick to it. What has taken me so long to get it started? I bought the supplies on day 3, blogged for a few days then totally lost focus. The few things I've done co…

I've only been practicing meditation for a little over a year. The best way to learn for free is to go on Youtube and type in five or ten minute meditation. Or go to lilou mace's channel on youtube. There are so many and something for everyone:relaxation, help getting to sleep, overcoming anger and of course manifesting wants, dreams and desires. Make sure you listen to someone who has voice that is pleasing and soothing to you. I definetly suggesat any of Lilou's meditations, she relaxes you, he…

Hi Co-creaters! I'm so thrilled that I found Lilou Mace and this program just in time to start with the group. Now I'm going to state my intentions that I wrote down earlier and save a video Journal of it. I'm not sure how to upload to this site yet. so I figured I'll save my Vlogs and upload them maybe once a week.
My Intentions:
*write a book about my experiences and any other stories/ideas that come to my mind. If i think it
I'll write it down. Start a word doc to note ideas as they co…

Well today was my first day of the 100 day reality challenge. I must say I'm really excited about this. Signs have been everywhere lately telling me to break out of my shell, my cage, and finally be free for the first time in many years. I've only recently turned 20 but it the time when I felt I could truly be myself seems like centuries ago .I had a little run-in with my aunt today, but I didn't let it get me down, like I usually would. I very proud of myself. I'm so optimistic. I've started to…

So, I've been meditating more lately to clear my mind of obsessive thoughts about my back pain. It wasn't easy, but meditation is usually the road to clarity for me. However, it can be difficult to meditate when you don't feel well. So, I took a couple of the affirmations from the
Health Affirmations page on my site.
I wrote "My body heals quickly and easily" over and over. I was amazed at the relief that I felt within seconds…

Morning Co-creators!!!! Hope everyone ok, I am up bright and early ready for a new day. I meditated for the first time after downloading some meditation CDs. It was one of my goals for season 3 so I finally got down to it last night. I have to say it was a brilliant experience. I made sure the setting was absolutely calm and quiet and that the phone and mobile were out of action (it always rings at the wrong moment!!) I started off by saying the mantra out loud then gradually said it quietly unt…
