Lots of great things happened today. First of all I weighed in a 13stone2lbs. So that is great progress. I intend to do much more tonight on the exercise machines to ensure that i ge down to 13stone 1lb by tomorrow morning. I picked up the case for my laptop from the post office. That was good because it is a really great quality piece of kit and akes it look like i am carrying around a leather book rather than a laptop. WOW, a whole month has gone by, it seems like only yesterday I was having butterfiles and writing my 1st blog about starting this challenge. :) So to do a quick recap on this month, I've manifested a few things, quite a bit of money, more confidences, 3 jobs, loads of small things (but still major to me), most of all though I've manifested relaxation with in my mind and body.
