Hi Everyone.. How R U? Well. I did my Vision Board last Night.. I lost 2 pounds.. sometimes.. i had an urge to eat junk food like chips.. then I got over that urge.and stop the Casino. Need to EAT Healthier.. Drink water.. Have Milk in Coffee.. Have 3-4 Salads Daily, and Fruit.. Take Vitamins.. I started to Read Suzanne summers Books on Hormones..
