tat Tat's 30 Day Fitness Evaluation...Woohoo!! :)

I am so happy, just over the moon today...in such a wonderful mood! :):):) It's sunny outside therefore no rain, and all around me is the beautiful autumn foliage of the leaves. I saw my trainer today for the "dreaded" one month weigh-on. OK, now I admit I was very nervous about it, and not able to sleep either last night. Megan LOVING OUR 100 DAY FITNESS GROUP SO MUCH!!!

WHAT A FABULOUS GROUP this is!!! Good morning everybody!!! Went back to boxing yesterday and because i have been away 3 weeks i could definitely feel my aerobic fitness had decreased a little...not enough to stop me-it just made it harder!!!
