I just love living in the 'now'! I feel so much happier now compared to when I started. I've been walking more and I quite enjoy the walks. I'm one of those people who'd perspire easily but for some strange reason, despite it being really warm, I haven't perspired as much. Deborah Tudor Law of equivalent benefit. The Honest Guys just reminded me of the Napoleon Hill axiom that is so true for me........

I woke up at 3:00 AM with a raging toothache. I was crying. I did everything to stop it, whiskey, garlic, pepper, advil which usually does the trick. No relief.
