My body is doing good! YAY!!!! I woke up this morning and noticed I had lost weight ya'll! Oh yesssss! Kahea The First Day! May 18, 2009

MORNING: Well today is the first day of my 100 day challenge. So far I have done my 15 miracle minutes, had a shake at 160 calories and remembered that I might be going out for dinner tonight so to take it easy with my calorie intake. This is the beginning of my 100 day challenge, Season 1. This is also my grandaughter's 3rd. birthday. I chose today because it is 2 months after I started the hcg diet.
