I am on day 5 of my first season, and so far have managed to move my body every day so I'm happy with that! It's been awhile since I was in shape so I am easing back into it.

Hi girls,
I've been slack with this but am ready to rumble.
Got sidetracked with other stuff after I put this group up; still busy but ready to do it this new season. Where is everyone else at?
Hi Treasure and Lisa! I hope your plans for fitness (and fabulousness) are going well...I am on day 3 of my season 1 and determined to create prefect health and fitness! So far starting with lots of walking, cycling and Pilates.
This next decade coincides with MY next decade - my 40's and I plan to make every second of it count.
STARTING 1st JAN 2010
Anyone around 40 who is ready to grab 2010 by the horns jump in and lets get this show on the road.
I turned 40 in may and am going to make this my best decade so far.

a business that is the perfect fit for me as I get to connect with, laugh with and inspire a bunch of wonderful women on a daily basis.
Being in the area of fitness also gives me the excuse to exercise a few hours a day without feeling bad about the washing piling up :)
I have an 11 year old daughter and 14 year old son and we usually attract a few "spares" as well as the kids have very active social lives.
I have a rottie and 2 very annoying cats so the house is full to the brim and whilst this sometimes drives me to distraction (I like peace and calm) I know the kids are having a wonderful childhood.
I have my 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and have been training for around 18 years now and am also training for my first triathlon season.

- I'm about to launch another arm to my business so the goal is to take things up another level and create the same success with this side of the business as the other.
I intend to "kill it" at The Healthy Food & Lifestyle Expo next month. We are doing stage presentations and have a booth and I am the face of fitness for the Expo so the plan is to make it HUGE!
1 major marketing partnership for Glow & 1 for Crunch.
Set a date and save $3,000 for my next France trip and be able to converse better in French. I went to France last year and found my soul home so a trip there every year or two is an absolute must! Found they have Ironman Nice - so game on for my 45th Birthday. I was in Nice and unfortunately it was too cold to swim but I was hanging to get in that ocean - it was gorgeous!
Redecorate my lounge rooms, bedroom & en-suite.

First attempt
WOW - what a day (more later)
This last few days I have really enjoyed doing the gratitude exercises. The exercises have really reminded me of my strengths and the lessons I have learned over the years. I also got a lot from the exercise on day 4 where I wrote about the 3 people who push my buttons and the lessons I learned there.
Very powerful and wonderfully fulfilling stuff. I feel very grounded again.

first attempt
Day 2 for me and what a fantastic start.
Earlier this week I took my kids on a road trip to visit my sister and nieces. My sister has recently moved away and although we didn't live close by before (about 1hour and 10 minutes drive) she now lives over 3 hours away.
My sister and I have not been close for many years; she has made some lifestyle choices that made it hard for me to be near her without wanting to both cry and strangle her.

Thanks for the comments on vision boards - I think you're kind-of riht... I don't know what I really, really want because I really, really don't want "stuff", which is what the magazines are full of. I have a collection of "experiences" that I'm going to stick on to my nice big cardboard - I'll let you know how it turns out. And... I'd love to see yours if you're willing to share it.
