I love meditations and Silva Method's meditations are very relaxing...
I never had troubles using that... but I have the original meditations from Silva Method's site, from Jose Silva and Laura Silva.
I think that we need to feel what are important for us, and what is not.
And there are certain things in Silva Method that I don't use, and I don't feel attracted to it.
Use your heart... and your intuition!!

- Hi Kevin, nice to hear from you :) Actually no I don't practice TM, I tried it once and the mantra thing didn't really feel ... 'right' for me. I practice Vipassana Meditation but I would eventually like to try all different methods, explore different things. What about you?
I love Tiesto too! I would so love to go to one of his concerts, they look so amazing! And as for Sandstorm, man, I think that might be my favourite trance track ever! I never get tired of hearing it, it's so perfect!

- yea Sarah i plan to go to Brazil when i have finished in galway but thats not going to be for a while i want to visit new york because one of my paintings is inspired by and called Manhattan . ive been to London a lot its cool ,do you intend to work in one of these citys or just visit them ? kevin

Madeira is different, it is very very pretty and peaceful. It is called «the pearl of the atlantic»... ;) Its a place for good hearts. I intend to travel... I plan on going either to london or NY... don't know which one yet, we will see... But maybe home for a little while first, i'm sure I will need to rest when this year is up. Things are hectic...
