Season 2 Day 3

Hi Everyone.. How R U?
Well. I did my Vision Board last Night.. I lost 2 pounds.. sometimes.. i had an urge to eat junk food like chips.. then I got over that urge.and stop the Casino. Need to EAT Healthier.. Drink water.. Have Milk in Coffee.. Have 3-4 Salads Daily, and Fruit.. Take Vitamins.. I started to Read Suzanne summers Books on Hormones.. I want to try BioIdentical Hormones
So.. My goals Are to Weigh .. 145 pounds by January 24/10..lose like 30 pounds

Hi Kelly! I love the advice that "Transforming" left for you. That's basically how I'm going about it this last few days. I felt totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. I looked to my immediate left when I opened the door and started right there. She's right about moving everthing out but I don't have enough room to do that completely so I have just tried to deal with a couple square feet at a time. I don't allow myself to look ahead at what still needs to be done, but focus on the success of that small section. It made it a lot easier and took some of the panic away from the enormity of the task at hand.
I don't know if that helps at all, but I'm sending you LOTS of good energy and thoughts for success.

Kelly. I am a professional organizer and 1 thing at a time is important. Clear your space out totally and then start the sorting.pile1. throw away,pile2. keep, pile 3. give away. If you find anything that does not belong in that room, putit in a box or basket marked for the room it goes in and put it in that room so when you get to that room you already have a keep pile started for that room. If you find anything that goes to something( like a game or whatever) find a small container an put it in there till you come across it's place then get it in there. Do not keep junk. Do not get on the phone do not ask for a friend to help, they will slow you down with chit chat and reasoning. Do not change your mind. Get things from the give pile out of the house each day. List them and look forward to the deduction or your free space. And your new freedom.
