I did not start the master cleanse yet however I am on day 7 of only raw fruit and vegetables The first few day were easy and only had strong cravings at work when I saw cookies and chocolate cake luckinly those cravings were short lived. However ...
12 days is the longest I've gone on the MC. Best to you and yours!

I just love the people I have met though the 100 Day Challenge! Everyone is awesome. I have made some great friends here.
What I do for a living...
I am a Life Coach and I love the 100 day Challenge. Being a Life Success Consultant has provided me the 40+ years of teachings and experience of Bob Proctor, one of the stars of the movie "the Secret". The seminars and coaching sessions that I conduct through Life Success blend the timeless personal development and success teachings of Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, James Allen, and the like, with the modernday teachings of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Abraham-Hicks, and others. I use the law of attraction and my Christian faith in my daily life to create harmony in all of my relationships, to raise my children to be co-creators and in my business life to help my clients reach new levels of awareness about health, wealth, success, and joy.

Last night I hosted our annual Toastmasters' Christmas party at my house.

My Newsletter for the month... Enjoy!
I have been doing something I haven't done in years...rollerblading! Talk about a work out! It is definitely different than running. I feel it in all the right spots! My son rides his bike with me before school and encourages me, "One more time around the block, Mom!" It is nice having a personal rollerblading coach to keep me going.

I just went to one little spot, and that was in the center where there was kerstmarkt, christmas market.
When we parked we went looking for an ATM machine, but all the machines were moneyless. We walked a lot around the city looking for one, but then I was getting really pissy and LOA was NOT in my favor LOL!! So it's too bad i did not take more pictures.
I have not been to any of the places you mentioned. Hopefully in 2009!!
Well in 1999 I traveled outside US for the first time and that was when I met my future husband for the first time. We traveled around The Netherlands, and we went to Rome.. Inspired by my Italian language class in highschool.. We studied from this book.. It was about a young boy called Giovanni traveling around Rome.. Law of attraction or what!! A year later I went to allll the places in Rome Giovanni went to. I copycat Giovanni:) Then my then future husband surprised me on a 4 day weekend to the city of love...Paris.......lol! I was swooneeeeed as you can imagine at the age of 18... just a baby!
Then we didn't travel much.. We starrted traveling again in 2005 :) Going back home and traveling to Greece. Rhodos, Greece has to be my most memorable vacation.. It was a small Island in Greece and we saw (almost) the entire island in 7 days and made nice memories.. So that would be my favorite spot destination! Then we went to Crete, Greece and it was not the same. My favorite spot destination at home would be Amsterdam. Heyyyyyy this is fun talking to you about trips!!
Hopefully i'll scan some pictures of the Roma trip and other little things. Love yah@!
