just to tell you that all the information you gave me about raw food opened up a new world for me, because I never before heard about it. Its not easy for me to go raw, but I have been searching and reading about it. started preparing some foods, salads and smoothies that taste really great.. just now Im hooked on toasted corn tortillas with beans and lot of salad on top!!! I have these for dinner and love it!!! and Im planning a smoothie for tomorrow of spinach, banana, apple and strawberries that liked it very much the day I tasted it... before your info spinachs were only for salads!!!! :) of course my fellow workers say what??? when I tell them!!!!
and next month Im going to take a cuisine class about vegan and raw food, with a cheff that works in sanoviv, a hospital spa that its located in Rosarito B.C.
And I dont know if it is because Im eating healthier food and started meditation, but today my anxiety was very low. I even turned down a cake , because I wasnt hungry and didnt move me to eat it!!!! this is just incredible because carbo and sweets are my headaches!!!!

your comment inspires me, because I know you understand that its not easy to cut attachments to certain foods (like me with sugar y carbo) but just enjoying these 2 days the flavor of frutis and salads makes me feel alive!!! so small steps towards big goals!!! I was planning actually on doing one day of fruits everyweek to detox my body,, and now the perspective of raw foods for everyday appear.. mmm it most be a signal... thanks!!!
