I bought the stuff for a new vision board last week...and it was sooooooooo fun... I havent done it yet but it was fun going to an art store and looking at all the stickers and glitter...lolllllll
Wonderful topic Chris... One I have thought so much about... Always being a "helper" naturally I have been given the gift of alot of compassion for others... I have learned over time that I need to do it for fun and for free...this is the only way...

By profession I am a Therapist and a Psychology Instructor at a local college... I hope to move my professional skills into the private sector to benefit both myself and other people... I havent yet defined EXACTLY what this is but I am definately inspired by the people I have met on this website... It will come to fruition!!!! In addition to this I hope to push through fears/blocks to an EVEN MORE fulfilling life. S2 Happy Thanksgiving and some Insights gained

S2 Moving forward
I had an ok day today... Today was my bday...yeah... I had to work in the am. But went out to a movie, shopping and then out for dinner... I couldnt take it off because I am going on a 10day trip over Xmas and using my vacation time then.I get like three weeks off from teaching and I am ecstatic over this... I need a break...

S2 A Work in Progress!!!!!
I woke up this am thinking about my ex...and feeling upset about the fact that he sounded (last time I talked with him) that he had moved on... This is ego stuff.... I am going to get OFF this train of thought today....

S2 Floating downstream !!!!
Today is perfect.... I can get unsettling news and flow with it.... I can reach for the thoughts that make me feel good. This is my new reality... I TRUST IT!!!! This is the shift that is happening at a deep level... I am starting to internalize this stuff!! So exciting... like a giant game... I am learning to trust in the good...

S2 Some news in the workplace... I hope I didnt bring it on!!!
I got to work the yesterday and my coworker informed me that there was going to be a "Restructuring" happening in our unit. You know what this means... Possible layoffs... This is my parttime job but one that gives me 2,700 a mos. in income...Substantial...So I am a high paid worker and only pt. So... as a part time worker I will be cut before a ft employee. There are no other parttime people in my unit!!!! Yikes!!! Need I say more...

Poland its completely different from US... but i don't say it isn't nice, because its pretty and charming little country, with long very interesting history,but I don't understand how come people can be that blind... we have just about 20 years of democracy - before that we was communist country, with no hope for the future, now we just start to learn democracy and we need more then 20 years to compare with GB or USA, we life hear, of course, so it is not so bad i guess:-)), but to go to the move with my 3 kids i need to spend about 25% my monthly salary, so its a little crazy..., i will prepare for you short lesson, if you want:-)), will be fun to me also, glad to be hear - justyna
