I woke up this am thinking about my ex...and feeling upset about the fact that he sounded (last time I talked with him) that he had moved on... This is ego stuff.... I am going to get OFF this train of thought today....

Today is perfect.... I can get unsettling news and flow with it.... I can reach for the thoughts that make me feel good. This is my new reality... I TRUST IT!!!! S2 Some news in the workplace... I hope I didnt bring it on!!!
I got to work the yesterday and my coworker informed me that there was going to be a "Restructuring" happening in our unit. You know what this means... Possible layoffs... This is my parttime job but one that gives me 2,700 a mos. in income...Substantial...So I am a high paid worker and only pt. So... as a part time worker I will be cut before a ft employee. There are no other parttime people in my unit!!!! Yikes!!! Need I say more...
