Actually it's the smatertest thing right now, to take care of you (in this sense).The flux of the new energy is so powerful, and many stuff are rising to the surface (emotions, feelings, old patterns..) and by being gentle to yourself is of big help. Reiki is a good technique, I have done something similar in the past. It will help you understand how to work with the energy of the universe, by programming it. Anyway you will find this very intresting. It's another step in the direction of the big picture, which we all have inside, and at some point we'll be conscious about it. so have fun reading and doing all these fulfilling things. much love!!!
